Live digital caricature in Repentigny is drawn on a giant Cintiq-style tablet during your wedding, party or event. Guests watch the portrait build — and leave with a digital keepsake ready to share.
This guide covers Repentigny, Pointe-Calumet, Terrebonne, Laval and the north-east crown. It explains power, projection, ideal timing and how to request a quote — without inventing prices.
In Repentigny and Pointe-Calumet, climate-controlled halls suit Cintiq especially well: stable power, a wall for projection and a natural line near cocktail.
Key takeaways
- Cintiq creates a shared moment: people watch the portrait appear.
- Plan a dedicated outlet and, ideally, a wall or screen for projection.
- Best indoors; less self-sufficient than paper in an open tent.
- Shareable digital file plus the live moment.
- Areas: Repentigny, Pointe-Calumet, Terrebonne, Laval, Rosemere.
Why choose live Cintiq caricature in Repentigny?
Because the large format draws a crowd and turns each portrait into a mini-show — perfect for cocktail hour or an event booth.
Unlike paper alone, Cintiq lets several people follow the drawing at once. Kids and adults linger, laugh and take photos in front of the screen.
For organizers in Repentigny or Pointe-Calumet, it is entertainment that photographs well and feeds the evening's Instagram stories.
The digital file can also help after the event: internal sharing, thank-yous or VIP keepsakes.
Power, projection and space to plan
A dedicated outlet, a stable surface and a visible wall that will not blind the DJ are the three critical points.
Avoid overloaded power strips shared with the bar or sound. A dedicated wall outlet reduces cutoffs during the live set.
If you project: confirm early a clear wall or screen, an angle so people can watch without blocking the dance floor, and room lighting levels.
Plan roughly a small booth footprint: table for the tablet, artist chair and line space for 4–6 people.
- Dedicated outlet (not a saturated strip)
- Wall / screen for optional projection
- Visible corner near cocktail
Repentigny, Pointe-Calumet and typical events
Hall weddings, family parties, corporate 5 à 7s and community events fit live digital well.
In Repentigny, halls and clubs often have the power and space needed. In Pointe-Calumet, confirm early if the event is semi-outdoor: Cintiq prefers shelter and a reliable outlet.
Cocktail remains the most requested window. After dinner also works if the room stays bright enough to draw.
Nearby sectors (Terrebonne, Mascouche, Laval, Rosemere) follow the same planning logic.
Digital vs traditional: how to choose?
Choose digital for wow and sharing; paper for a tactile souvenir in a garden or tent.
If projection and files are the priority, Cintiq is the right tool. If autonomy without power is the priority, traditional wins.
